Plymouth Fire Company were dispatched to the 1500 block of Fayette Street for the reported vehicle rescue. Deputy Chief 43 arrived to find 1 vehicle overturned on its roof with the operator trapped inside. Spring Mill Fire Company No.1 ‘s Squad 45 arrived and immediately went in service with their hydraulic tools to begin extrication. Plymouth Fire Company responded with Rescue 43 and Engine 43, their crews assisted 45’s to successfully extricate the trapped operator within 15 minutes by conducting a complete side wall removal on the passenger side of the vehicle. Harmonville Fire Company No.1 ‘s Rescue 44 was requested to assist with manpower as well. The patient was then transferred into the care of awaiting EMS and all units were clear by 18:30 hours.
