Spring Mill Fire Company is currently hiring for the position of Ballroom Manager.

The Ballroom manager will be responsible for advertising, showing, renting, and operation of  the Spring Mill Ballroom.

The ideal candidate will be professional in nature and detail oriented. This person will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Ballroom and work with the Ballroom Committee Chairperson and the President of the Fire Company to ensure high quality services..

The compensation shall be salary plus commissions

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Showing and marketing of the Ballroom 
• Executing rental contracts
• Scheduling of all bartenders working with the Ballroom Chairman.
• Purchasing non-alcohol perishable bar supplies, such as fruit, and juices
• Supervision of rentals/ events
• Coordination of events with clients, caterers and other outside vendors
• Inventory of all non-alcohol supplies
• Ensure post-event checklists provided by Spring Mill Fire Company are completed after each rental
• Monthly recap reporting the previous month’s activity.
