Employee Retirement Plan with company matches up to 5% of annual base salary
Paid Time Off – (maximum of 40 hours can be carried over to a new calendar year, remaining hours will be forfeited)
Paid Holiday Time Off – New’s Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day (if a holiday falls on a Saturday, the employee will have the preceding Friday off. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, the employee will have the following Monday off.)
Employee Birthday – the employee will have their birthday off as a paid time off. (if a holiday falls on a Saturday, the employee will have the preceding Friday off. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, the employee will have the following Monday off.)
Bereavement – three (3) consecutive days for immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, in-laws, siblings.) One (1) day for other family members.
Uniform allotment – the employee will be provided with a Spring Mill Fire Company No.1 uniform. It is the employee’s responsibility to maintain his/her uniform in an acceptable manner that properly represents Spring Mill Fire Company at all times
Paid Training – Spring Mill Fire Company will pay for training related to the required duties of the job. All training must be approved by the fire chief
